PaperCept Instructions
Go to the PaperCept site (conf.papercept.net/) and select Log In at the top of the screen
If you do not have an existing PaperCept account, click on Register a PIN to create a new account. This will generate an email to you, and you can follow the email link to create a password.

PaperCept uses conference tracks as “keywords” associated with each paper. For each paper submitted, use the first priority keyword to identify the conference track for each submission. Lower priority keywords will be used to define the expertise areas of authors for the review process, and all submitting authors will automatically be registered in the reviewer pool.
Paper Guidelines: Regular and Special Session
Papers must use the IEEE templates linked within the submission site instructions. Your paper must comply with the following specifications:
Paper Length: Maximum 5 pages, of which 4 are for technical content including text, figures and references (if any), and with one additional optional 5th page containing only references.
Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4 (210mm X 297mm)
Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. Avoid the use of Type 3 fonts.
File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)

Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
Deviations from the above paper specifications could impede the review of your paper and result in rejection.
Reviews will be single-blind. Please do not remove author information from submissions.
Additional Requirements:
IEEE policy requires you to file a copyright release for each accepted submission. Without a copyright release on file, your paper CANNOT be published. Further instructions will be included in your decision email.
Authors are required to make their presentations in person at the conference venue. Consideration of accepted papers by authors unable to attend due to VISA restrictions will be managed on an individual basis.
REMINDER: At least one author per accepted submission must register for the full conference AND attend the conference to present their paper. Each full registration will cover 2 papers, and additional papers can be covered by a different full registration or by an extra paper fee during registration.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.

Special Session Proposal Guidelines
Special Session proposals should be submitted in PDF format (approximately 3 pages) via the PaperCept submission site (conf.papercept.net/). The proposal should include the following information:
Title and Abstract: Provide a title and a brief abstract (around 100 words) that clearly conveys the topic and focus of the special session to conference attendees.
Rationale: Explain the novelty and timeliness of the session topic, its relevance to the MWSCAS community, and how it aligns with the listed innovation themes.
Proposed Speakers: List all talks, speakers, and co-authors for each associated paper. Special sessions typically consist of five papers, though exceptions can be made.
Brief Biographies of the special session proposer(s).
The evaluation of special session proposals will consider the timeliness of the topic, the quality and track record of the proposers and speakers, the coherence of the session, and its expected contribution to the overall technical program.
Once special sessions have been selected, authors should submit their special sessions papers through the PaperCept site by selecting Special Session Papers as the submission type. Special session papers will go through the same review process as regular papers, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and on IEEE Xplore.
